Counselling @ Umbrella

Within the safety of our counselling rooms, clients can take the time they need to explore their emotions without fear or judgement. They can develop an understanding of self, along with the skills to improve their health, wellbeing and coping mechanisms empowering them to take control of their lives.

As counsellors we believe counselling should be available to everyone. Finances should not be a barrier to accessing services.
